Our letter supports campaigns by Friends of the Earth and the National Wildlife Federation Action Fund that urge the EPA to reject the proposed revisions to the New Source Review (NSR) air-permitting regulations.
This rule change would make it easier for significant polluters like “Data Centers” to bypass critical steps designed to protect public health.
