Our letter supports campaigns by Common Cause, United for Democracy, Demand Progress, Progress America, and other organizations.
It asks Congress to pass the “Redistricting Reform Act.” The bill bans mid-decade redistricting, requires states to establish an independent redistricting commission (IRC) to draw and enact Congressional district maps, and has other provisions.
